The Exterior Remodeling Consultation Process
1. Prior to the Consultation

One of our friendly office associates will examine the details of your project including factors like age of the property, current products, any issues to be aware of, and, most importantly, the work you are looking to have completed. Then, they will confirm your contact details and check the calendar to set up an Estimate appointment with one of our experienced Sales Consultants.
In preparation for your appointment, we will get in touch with you one business day prior to your appointment to confirm the details and ensure that you are prepared for us to come meet with the decision makers on your project.
2. During the Consultation
Our consultants block off two hours for each appointment to ensure they allow the time and attention your project may need. The appointment typically starts with the decision makers sitting down with our consultant to discuss the project details. From there, the Consultant will walk around the property to see the layout, taking notes, measurements, and pictures to build you an accurate estimate for the work to be completed.
At the end of the appointment, our consultant will review the details discussed as well as their findings; discuss the particulars of the project to verify we know exactly what you are looking for; and, if they are able, provide an estimate on the spot.
If there are more details to consider, the Consultant will assess them after your appointment, and we will get your Estimate to you as promptly as possible.
3. After the Consultation
If we are sending an estimate to you, we will give you a call to certify we have your correct contact information and so you know when to expect it. From there, we ask you to review the estimate at your convenience. If you have any questions or concerns, our consultants are always happy to schedule a follow up call or appointment.
Once reviewed to your satisfaction, we can get our consultant out to you for a Final Review appointment to put together a contract and get the ball rolling!
